Payment Methods
  • Currently we only accept payment through a registered Paypal account.

  • If you do posses a Paypal account, you are able to pay using a bank / credit card through Paypal itself.
  • Our shipping rate is calculated by the weight and size of the item(s) according to Australia Post’s standard.

  • Costs are then calculated separately and added at to the product at checkout.

  • Orders processed and fulfilled within 1 – 2 business days of payment. 

  • For precise delivery times to metro and regional areas, please navigate to Australia Post’s website.

  • We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the courier for further assistance.

  • Currently orders are shipped Australia wide, New Zealand is currently excluded.

Due to the nature of the sealed Trading Card Games (TCG) products, we do not offer returns. However, if you do not receive your items you can:

  • Contact Us: send us an email at [email protected] with the subject line ORDER_NOT_RECEIVED order#(order number)

  • Include Proof of Purchase: Attach your Proof of Purchase, photographic proof to the email.

  • Please then allow us to chase up your order with the relevant logistics company (Australia Post)

  • Fraudulent claims will be taken very seriously and a customer blacklist will be levied alongst appropriate legal action.

  • A cancellation request must arrive prior to shipment. Cancellations are not accepted once your orders are shipped. It advisable to submit your cancellation request ASAP. Send us an email at [email protected] with the subject line CANCEL order# (order number)

  • All cancellations are subject to a variable 3-5% fee, deducted from the refund total. The fee accounts for the payment processing charge incurred during the transaction.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund.
